These terms describe how the TM Coach app and its membership work. By creating an account, you agree to them.
TM Coach is an online trading journal and trading-psychology tool that includes:
Using the app requires creating an account with an email and password, or signing in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Please notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
A newly registered free account gets full access to all app features for 15 minutes from first confirming it, so you can try the app out, including a limited number of free messages with the AI coach. After this period, without a purchased membership, the app's features remain locked except for basic navigation and account settings. The trial period is granted once per account.
Full access to the app requires an active paid membership. The current price is shown in the app's Pricing section. Payments are processed by Stripe. Membership renews automatically on a monthly cycle until cancelled.
As a consumer, you are legally entitled to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, even if you have used the app during that time.
You can cancel your membership at any time in the app's Membership section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — access remains active until then. No partial refund is issued for the remaining part of a paid period.
You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable law. You may not:
The TM Coach app, its design, code, and content (excluding data you enter yourself) are protected by copyright and belong to the operator. Data you enter into the app (trades, notes, coach conversations) remains yours.
The app is provided "as is." The operator is not liable for damages arising from a user's trading decisions, app downtime, or inaccuracies in third-party data (economic calendar, news). The operator's liability is limited to the amount of membership fees actually paid over the preceding 3 months.
In case of a breach of these terms, I reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account. A user may request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time by writing to the contact email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably, otherwise before the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers may also bring a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) as the out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body.
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly in connection with new app features. You will be notified of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
