This explains, in plain terms, what data TM Coach collects about you, why, and what rights you have. If anything is unclear, write to us at the contact below.
I am also the creator and sole operator of the TM Coach app (trademindcoach.app).
Messages you send the AI coach, and its replies, are stored so the coach can remember your conversation history. These messages are sent for processing to Anthropic (see section 4), the provider of the underlying AI model.
Membership payments are processed exclusively by Stripe. The app itself never sees or stores your card number.
Standard technical logs required to operate the app (e.g. IP address on server requests, timestamps of actions).
I operate the app on my own, but rely on the following trusted service providers (processors), who only receive data to the extent needed to run the app:
None of these providers receive your data for their own marketing purposes, and your data is never sold to any third party.
Some of the providers listed above (e.g. Anthropic, Stripe, Resend) have servers or are headquartered outside the EU, typically in the US. Such transfers rely on EU standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism ensuring an adequate level of data protection under the GDPR.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account or request erasure, we delete your data without undue delay — except for data we are legally required to retain longer (e.g. payment/accounting records, for as long as required by tax law).
TM Coach does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The app only uses technical storage in your own browser (localStorage) to keep you logged in and remember your language and theme preference — this data never leaves your browser and is not used for tracking.
Access to data is protected by authentication and database-level access rules, so one user can never see another user's data. Sensitive operations (such as payment confirmation) always run on a secured server, never in the browser alone.

To exercise any of these rights, write to podpora@trademindcoach.app. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your own country's supervisory authority.
You only receive tip/news emails if you opted in at signup. You can withdraw that consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the footer of any such email, without affecting your account.
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the app gains a new feature. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
